As a maintenance technician on behalf of our client, you will work closely with production and be responsible for the operation and maintenance of their facilities. The environment includes everything from assembly, processing, and packaging equipment to process and purification plants. You will be responsible for a specific machine or a defined area and play a key role in ensuring stable and efficient operations. In this role, you will initiate and drive improvement work within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will participate in the development, testing, and commissioning of both new and existing machines and processes together with other parts of the organization. Furthermore, you will work systematically to develop, enhance, and follow up on both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure high operational reliability, availability, and stable production processes.

• Has work experience in operation and maintenance
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, as the language is used in daily work

It is an advantage if you:

• Have post-secondary technical education in a relevant field
• Have knowledge of automation and PLC

Furthermore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To succeed in this role, you are engaged, proactive, and enjoy collaborating in teams. You have a genuine interest in technology and process development and want to influence and further develop an advanced production environment. You work with a clear focus on quality and have a strong safety mindset in everything you do. Additionally, you are cost-conscious and understand the importance of effective and long-term maintenance. The role also requires good communication skills, where you can communicate in a trustworthy, pedagogical, and clear manner with people at different levels in the organization and with varying technical knowledge.
